Description
As a cashier, you will be responsible for all transactions that take place at the front counter. You will get a base pay of $15 an hour.
-Average 35-40 hours per week
-Office Administrative experience a plus.
- Assist front counter staff by making change, organizing and documenting paperwork transactions.
- Give or receive cash/check/credit card transactions, such as sales, layaways, interest payments, paid pawns, voids/returns, pawns, purchases, credit card receipts.
- Complete paperwork at the end of shift for pawn drawer stating the transactions amounts for each, cash flow as is from your drawer, tie out to determine drawer shortage/overage.
- Make customer reminder calls on pawns.
- Print & mail out pawn notifications
- Answer any questions the customers calling the store have or direct them to the right department.
-Weekend Availability

· Ability to use a computer and adding machine
· Have your own reliable transportation
